SHIPPING COSTS

Production Room use UPS and Parcelforce for mainland UK and international shipping. UPS and Parcelforce online tracking allows customers to track products from despatch to arrival. You will be emailed your UPS tracking number following dispatch as well as receive a courtesy call to confirm order details.

Shipping to Mainland United Kingdom is Free of Charge on all orders over £200.

Orders under £200 shipping to United Kingdom and Isle of Man (not Channel Isles): Charge is £6.99.

For Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, France, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden please contact Production Room on 0113 2467985 or email info@production-room.com.

(There may be an excess charge for larger goods. We will contact you prior to accepting the order if this is the case.)

All other delivery locations will be quoted on prior to confirmation of order to assure competitive costs.

Product Availability

Each product page displays an indication as to current availability:

In Stock - Item is in stock in our master warehouse and qualifies for our next working day delivery offer (orders must be received before 4pm). We will always attempt to get goods to you next day using UPS or Parcelforce but from time to time deliveries may take 48 hours for more remote locations.

Call - Item is either very low stock (1 or 2 units) or is due in to stock shortly. We will confirm delivery timescale upon receipt of your order by phone. (Within working open hours of business). If you are concerned about availability please just call our friendly team on 0113 2467985

Custom Configured Systems - Where systems require configuration/software installation our customer service team will contact you be email to give an estimated time of delivery. You will be informed of the progress throughout installation.

If for any reason goods cannot be shipped out at the time stated our team will contact you by phone immediately confirming the updated shipping date.

All items can be collected from our store if arranged at point of order. Customers must bring photographic identification and the card with which the order was placed.

Your Order

After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

We reserve the right to not supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.

Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order any time prior to dispatch. (see custom build exception)

Please read the following 3 sections in full to understand how to cancel your order otherwise your refund or product exchange may be delayed.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Production Room at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on this website.

  • The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions, etc and must be in unused condition.
  • Digital products can only be accepted if the software is still sealed. Must be, unopened, unused and in its full original re-saleable condition.
  • The product must be returned to us complete in its original and undamaged packaging together with all accessories and any other items included with it at time of sale (including free gifts).
  • A proof of purchase must be supplied.
  • We will not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalised.
  • Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been dispatched to you.

Custom Build Orders: When an order has being placed for a custom build system specific to a customers requirements we are unable to offer a refund.

For Health & Safety reasons: Consumable goods (Microphones, In-ear monitors/headphones and any goods that come into contact with ear, nose or mouth) which by their nature cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods we shall, after you have notified us (as described above), either collect the goods from you by courier collection at our cost, or you may return the goods yourself at your own cost and risk, in this case, we strongly recommend you use secure packaging and an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All goods returned as faulty will be checked and if found to have no fault will be returned to you. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back into our warehouse.

Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number

You must prior to returning any goods received obtain a Returns Authorisation number (RAN) by calling Customer services on 0113 2467985. Failure to do so will result in your refund taking up to 28 days to process or the product being returned to you.

Once you have your RAN number, you can return the item to us in one of the following ways:

  1. Return the goods, your proof of purchase with your RAN number to the following address. Please also include a copy of your invoice with your return and again, please write your RAN number on this copy invoice to the following address:

  2. Take the goods and your proof of purchase to the above address. For this you do not need an RAN number.

You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this may preclude you from obtaining a refund.

Once you have notified Production Room that you are returning your order and we have received the goods back undamaged, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods.

Returning Goods to Production Room

In the unlikely event that you have to return your purchase to Production Room, it is important that you don't return anything that you may want to keep. For example, any memory cards, song material, DVD's or other items returned with your purchase cannot be located and returned to you. If you have any concerns, please contact a member of our Customer Support team prior to returning anything.

Production Room reserves the right to charge for the collection and return of any goods returned as faulty, that are subsequently found to be without fault. Should this be the case, you will be notified by email.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Errors and Omissions
