Fink's founder and chief designer, Dennis Fink, has brought together years of experiance designing some of the most recognisable classic analog processors and injected it into this no-compromise dual channel strip. The CS2-FA is based on improved versions of products designed by Dennis for companies including Universal Audio and UREI. Versatile switching and routing means that the CS2-FA can be used as either two input channels for microphones, a stero or dual mono valve equaliser, a stereo or dual- mono compressor or combinations of all of these. The mic preamp is in the classic Putnam console style with variable gain and level controls. The equaliser is a passive parametric three-band in the Pultec style. The limiter is a unique two-tube implementation of he UREI 1176.
