The classic Genelec 1030A under a different name.
The Genelec 1030A active monitor is one of the few audio products which can truly be described as legendary. Until its discontination in 2002, the 1030A was a popular choice for near-field monitoring in the pro-audio world.
Although the 1030A was officially replaced by the 8000 series of Genelec monitors, it continued as the HT206B in Genelec's home theatre range of speakers. The HT206B is identical in construction, voicing, connectivity and control as the 1030A, with the addition of an unbalanced RCA input and control over the front mounted LED light.
