Neumann U87AiHammond Instore Session - Thursday 27th May
On Thursday 27th May Production Room will play host to Hammond, as they bring the Hammond Player Sessions to town.
Barnie Freeman and Malc Deakin from Hammond will be here to lead the session, this will be your chance to see - hear - try and learn all about the full range of Hammond Organs and Leslie Speakers including the awesome B-3 MK2.
There will be two separate sessions throughout the day:
Session 1 Hammond Workshop - Starts 14:30pm
This session will work as a general workshop/clinic, featuring product insights, an introduction to the Hammond and Leslie product range, and an insight into studio and stage techniques for your Hammond. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and get try out the gear throughout the session.
Session 2 Live Music and Grooves - Starts 19:30pm
This session will focus on the Hammond B3, taking you through the incredible tactility offered by this and other Hammond instruments. This session will also be an opportunity to hear the famous "Live Hammond Groove", as Malc will be joined by Drummer Chris Durling and Guitarist Cecil Zinyuku for a special live set.
