On Thursday 29th April Production Room will hold a very special event. IK Multimedia will be joining us to explore Amplitube 3 along with there guest presenter, guitar legend, Paul Rose.
Starting at 11am and finishing around 4pm, day will consist of four 45 minute tutorial sessions, 2 entry level sessions and 2 advanced sessions.
The entry level sessions will start at 12pm and 2:30pm, these sessions would be useful for people just getting into guitar recording.
Entry Level Details:
- The differences between the standalone and plug-in versions of AmpliTube 3. How to load them up
- An overview of the different sections - tuner, stomps, amps etc. what amps, stomps etc are included
- drag & drop of stomps,racks etc.
- basic info on signal routing options
- A run through of a selection of presets to demonstrate the different sounds achievable - artist ones are always popular
- Basics of making and saving your own presets
The Advanced sessions will start at 1pm and 3:30pm, these sessions will explore Amplitube further, showing users how to get the most out of Amplitube.
Advanced Level Details:
- amp, pre-amp and cab matching
- mic placement and room modelling
- more detail on signal routing
- more details on creating presets.
- managing presets - searching, naming etc
- external control/MIDI/DAW automation (such as using StealthPedal
After each session there will be a fifteen minute Q&A session. Each session is open to any user at any level. More information will be posted when it becomes available.
