MPS11 News : Presonus Live Mixer Launch Confirmed

Image for this Article

Presonus have announced today that they will be launching the new Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 console at the Royal Armouries Leeds on Friday 13th May and Saturday 14th May. The Production Room sponsored Music Production Show will be the first chance for the public to see this long awaited desk in the UK.

The PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 is the baby brother of the StudioLive family, but it still packs the same audio quality, performance and seamlessly integrated software (including iPad remote control capability) into the smallest and most affordable StudioLive yet.

Small size. Bigger possibilities.

In a footprint of less than 2 square feet (0.19 m2), the compact, 16-channel StudioLive 16.0.2 offers 8 mono input channels and 4 stereo channels and provides 12 XMAX? Class A solid-state mic preamps. (Well, okay, it actually has 13 XMAX preamps; the Talkback input has one, too.)

But don't let its size fool you; the 16.0.2 is jam-packed with features and processing power, employs the same workflow and easy-to-use mixing-surface design as the bigger StudioLive boards, and sounds every bit as good, with the same high-definition, wide-dynamic-range, digital converters.

Find out more about the Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2

Tickets are on sale for the Music Production Show 2011 and are limited to 2000 over the 2 day period.
