Musikmesse 2010 is here and there are already plenty of new products being announced and possibly one the of the most exciting announcements comes from Adam Proferssional Audio.
Last year Adam announced the upgrade of the S series to the new and improved SX series and this year they will be doing an similar thing. This year Adam will be showing the new and extended AX range.
AX Range upgrades:
- All models in the AX range will have the new X-ART tweeter found in the SX Range offering upto 50kHz on the top end.
- New woofers with larger magnets and larger voicecoils giving an overall louder and more responsive sound.
- More powerful amplifiers for greater linear excursion and greater output levels.
- All cabinets have been redisigned and come with twin bass reflex ports.

A two-way speaker housing the X-ART tweeter, re-engineered 4.5 woofer with larger voice coil, 2 x 25 W amplification, stereo link, stands available
A5X
A two-way speaker housing the X-ART tweeter, re-engineered 5.5 woofer with larger voice coil, more powerful amplification with 2 x 50W amp, stereo link, stands available
A7X
A two-way speaker housing the X-ART tweeter, re-engineered 7 woofer with larger voice coil, more powerful amplification with 2 x 100 W amp
A8X
A two-way speaker housing the X-ART tweeter, re-engineered 8.5 woofer with larger voice coil, 2 x 150 W amplification
