The Samson UB1 is a miniature, low-profile surface mount condenser microphone featuring an omni directional pick-up pattern and USB output. Since the UB1 is a class compliant USB device, it is plug and play compatible with Macs and PC's and works with any recording software. The UB1 also ships with Cakewalk's Sonar LE, a robust, yet easy-to-use digital audio workstation software application, and comes with a 10-foot USB cable and a durable storage case.

The mic is ideal for placing on a conference table, podium, or altar and can also be mounted using its keyhole mounting points. Recording at 16-bit, 44.1kHz - 48 kHz, its solid zinc body, black finish and sturdy steel grill construction makes the UB1 a perfect mic for conference rooms, houses of worship, courtrooms, classrooms or wherever high-quality computer recording is needed.
